CANCELLATION POLICY/CONTRACT

Agreement between "Studio House Barrie" and "Client"

Service

A session provided by Studio House Barrie, with details as stated in the booking package.

Fees and Payments

A non refundable fee is taken at the time of booking to secure the time slot for both Studio House and the client. This fee is only refundable in the event that the photoshoot is cancelled by Studio House, or due to unforseen weather conditions.

The full balance is due a minimum of 14 days prior to the scheduled photoshoot. Once paid, this fee is only refundable in the event that the photoshoot is cancelled by Studio House, cancelled within the cancellation time frame, or due to unforseen weather conditions.

Cancellations/Rescheduling

The client may cancel or reschedule their photoshoot with a minimum of 10 days notice and receive a refund with exception of the non refundable deposit. If the client wishes to reschedule their photoshoot before the 10 day notice period, the deposit may be transfered to the new booking date. Notice less than 10 days will result in a zero refund, with the opportunity to reschedule for a $100 +hst fee. Less than 48 hours notice results is loss of service and no refunds or reschedules will be permitted (a new photoshoot must be booked).

Quality of Service

You have had ample time to review the previous work shared by Studio House Barrie, and are booking this photoshoot based on receiving the same style and quality of work.

Copyright/Duplication/Production

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the images provided may not be altered. Images can be printed, duplicated, and/or used for any project whether commercial or individual, but may not be sold or used to obtain commision or profit.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Due to the ongoing restrictions and safety for the public due to COVID19, our studio has implemented additional health and safety guidelines.

You are not permitted to enter STUDIO HOUSE if:

1) You present any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, or have a fever. 

2) If you have been in direct contact with anyone who's tested positive, or is suspected of having COVID-19.
